Day 12 – Transform while you Travel

It should be easy to keep up with daily HIIT and weight training, even if you’re travelling. Most hotels have some sort of in-house gym. Some are actually quite adequate. 

Even if your short-term stay does not have a gym, most HIIT exercises are sufficient with body-weight as resistance. A 1.5 litre bottle of water or carry-on suitcase could also b

e used as “weights” if needed. And if you’re travelling to a tropical locale, the beaches make for a good leg/cardio workout.

Remember too, whether the hotel is all-inclusive or à la carte, it’s up to you to order healthy menu items or indulge. Your choice! 

There’s barely any excuse to stay healthy while travelling. A holiday from life doesn’t need to mean a holiday from health!
