Day 25 – Healthy & Delicious

Healthy food does not mean bland and boring. In fact, if you have done a juice cleanse or reboot or simply avoided junk and processed foods for a little while, you’ll find most foods to taste incredibly flavourful. Your palate will distinguish the separate flavours in even a basic salad or open-faced avacado sandwhich. 

The best way for great variety is to make sure the food on your plate is colourful. This is not just pleasant to taste but also to see.

It all starts at the market. Make sure what you are putting in your cart is a rainbow of foods from the produce aisles. Pretty simple really.
