Day 28 – Celebrate Life

It’s okay to restrict yourself from certain foods in your diet for the sake of improving your health. And it’s absolutely necessary to be strict about form when working out, especially to save yourself from injury.  But when it comes time to enjoy family and friends and celebrate special occassions and life events, it’s ok to let loose a little. If the events of the day leave no time to workout, consider it a rest day.  Indulge in a slice of cake if you wish, guilt free. Counting your blessings and celebrating life is nurturing for the soul. Embrace it!
