Feeling slightly better than yesterday but still incredibly sore and burnt out. Unfortunately feeling bummed too as I am only a few days out till the end and really wanted to finish up strong. But part of really finishing up strong is listening to my body and not risking further injury. So today I listened. One more rest day but this one was a bit more active. I went for a walk as well as did house work and tried to do some light stretching. Most importantly, I didn’t allow myself to indulge in junk food just because I was feeling down.
Today’s main meals consisted of a truly tropical juice (banana, strawberry, blueberry, mango, peach, pineapple and a couple grapes) for breakfast, a delicious, quick, easy chickpea and tuna salad for lunch and a tasty pumpkin soup for dinner.
